Steve Miller

Steve Miller serves as Vice President, Business Development for Brazos Midstream, where he identifies and advances strategic growth opportunities, leads commercial development initiatives, and helps expand the company’s integrated midstream platform across the Permian Basin. 

With more than 35 years in the energy industry, Miller brings expertise spanning business development, engineering, operations, reservoir analysis, and commercial activities. Before joining Brazos, he spent nearly two decades at EnLink Midstream (formerly Crosstex Energy), holding leadership roles across the Permian Basin, Haynesville Shale, and Appalachian region. During that tenure, he helped evaluate and develop midstream infrastructure projects, negotiate commercial agreements, analyze acquisition opportunities, and advance carbon capture and storage (CCUS) initiatives in multiple regions. 

Before EnLink, Miller held engineering and business development roles with DCP and ExxonMobil, where he supported natural gas processing, gathering and treating projects, facility design, and production operations throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Wyoming. 

Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from New Mexico State University.
