Brazos Midstream’s expansive Midland gathering and processing system is owned by Brazos Midstream Holdings III, LLC, which is backed by equity commitments from Old Ironsides Energy, Encap Flatrock Midstream, Brazos management and other strategic investors. In addition, Brazos recently announced that it has significantly upsized its existing revolving credit facility, led by BOK Financial, and closed a new preferred equity investment with EOC Partners, Elda River Capital and co-investors.

Brazos operates approximately 200 miles of high-pressure natural gas gathering pipelines located in the core of the Midland Basin, including Borden, Glasscock, Howard, Midland, Martin, and Reagan counties. We own and operate the Sundance natural gas processing complex which has 200 MMcf/d of total operated processing capacity with plans to expand to 500 MMcf/d in 2025. Our assets are supported by over 125,000 acres of long-term acreage dedications currently under development from top-tier upstream producer customers.
