The Largest Privately
Held Midstream Platform
in the Permian Basin

Brazos Midstream is focused on providing flexible, creative and reliable midstream solutions that drive value for our producer customers.

Our Strategically Located Platform for Growth

More

The Permian Basin is an area we know well and have been committed to for years. Founded in 2014, Brazos has transitioned from a small, start-up asset to a full-service, growth-oriented midstream company with crude oil and natural gas assets in the Delaware and Midland Basins.

We have a proven track record of growing strategically positioned midstream infrastructure in regions that have seen excellent well results and tremendous growth. Today, the Brazos Midstream entities collectively represent the largest privately held midstream platform in the Permian. On a combined basis, our critical hydrocarbon infrastructure totals approximately 1,200 miles of high-pressure natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil gathering pipelines spanning the most prolific producing counties in the region. We also own and operate 660 MMcf/d of total processing capacity with expansion projects underway to grow to approximately 1 Bcf/d by 2025.

While we have grown significantly and met many important milestones over the years, what has not changed is our desire to serve our customers. We believe as a midstream company our number one responsibility is to consistently and efficiently move our customers production all the time. We will do all that we can to accomplish this goal. This is – and always will be – the Brazos promise.
