The Permian Basin is an area we know well and have been committed to for years. Founded in 2014, Brazos has transitioned from a small, start-up asset into a full-service, growth-oriented midstream company. We have a proven track record of developing strategically positioned hydrocarbon infrastructure in regions like the Delaware and Midland basins that have seen excellent well results and tremendous growth.
Today, our natural gas gathering pipelines span the most prolific producing counties in the Midland Basin, including Ector, Glasscock, Howard, Midland, Martin, and Reagan counties. We also own and operate the Sundance natural gas processing complex, which currently has 500 MMcf/d of operated processing capacity. Expansion projects are underway at our new Cassidy processing complex, which will increase total combined capacity in the region to 800 MMcf/d by the end of 2026. Our Midland system is underpinned by more than 375,000 acres of long-term acreage dedications currently under development from top-tier upstream producer customers.
While we have grown significantly and reached many important milestones over the years, our commitment to serving our customers has remained unchanged. We believe our primary responsibility as a midstream company is to safely, reliability, and efficiently move our customers’ production at all times. We are committed to doing everything we can to fulfill this responsibility. This is — and always will be — the Brazos promise.
